These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VibeCheck, a compatibility discovery app built by Speed of Now Productions ("we", "us"). By using VibeCheck, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

VibeCheck includes mature relationship and intimacy content in its later levels. You must be at least 17 years old to use VibeCheck. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can play as a guest without creating an account, with limited features.

Acceptable Use

• Don't use VibeCheck to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
• Don't use automated tools to scrape or access the app outside normal use
• Session join codes and shared links are for the people you invite — don't use them to access sessions that aren't yours

Content

The 125 questions, hints, levels, and other creative content in VibeCheck belong to Speed of Now Productions and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Answers and reflections you enter are yours — we store them only to power your gameplay experience (see our Privacy Policy).

Disclaimer

VibeCheck is a conversation and self-discovery tool, not professional relationship, psychological, or medical advice. Compatibility scores and Vibe Reports are meant to spark conversation, not to diagnose or predict relationship outcomes.

VibeCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speed of Now Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VibeCheck.

Termination

You may stop using VibeCheck and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as VibeCheck evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
